Due to the recent outburst of covid19 and stricter requirements regarding meetings, there has been concerns that the meeting may be cancelled, and that expenses for registration and accommodation will not be fully reimbursed. We are happy to announce that all those that registered will be fully reimbursed if the contact meeting has to be cancelled. The meeting will take place if minimum 200 participants can be present without breaking the national restrictions. This means that the meeting will take place even if the rule of 1 meter distance is required at the time of the meeting. If you intend to participate, we strongly recommend that you register as early as possible, as new national restrictions may force us to cancel late incoming registrations. Due to the circumstances we have decided to extend the “Early Bird” prices to January 10^th, 2022.

Prices will increase 500 NOK after January 10^th, 2022.
