The “Early Bird” prices for participants below are valid until the December 17th 2019. Prices include attendance on the meeting and hotel room from Thursday to Sunday. All meals – including a banquet dinner on Saturday are included as well.
Prices will increase with 1000,- NOK after this date.

The exhibition area is located next to the plenary lecture hall and coffee will be served in the exhibition area at designated times during the days (see the tentative program). The last planned exhibition slot ends on Saturday at 11.15. Although we of course encourage exhibitors to stay for the banquet dinner and party on Saturday evening, we offer various registration alternatives to allow shorter or longer stays at Park Hotel Vossevangen.
