The conference hotel is Scandic Hafjell at Øyer about 15km north of Lillehammer. The hotel was completely renovated in 2017 and offers modern rooms with free wifi. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. The excellent alpine skiing facilities of Hafjell Alpinsenter 
are located nearby.

From Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) the drive to the hotel is 160km and takes about 2 hours. Driving from Oslo is 200 km and takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. The distance from Trondheim is 320 km and the drives takes about 5 hours. It is 450 km to drive from Bergen and takes about 7 hours.
